At Lighted Ambiance Candle Co, all of our products are carefully inspected and packaged before they are shipped. Due to the nature of our products, used candles cannot be returned or refunded. We are not liable for any products that are damaged during shipping. No monetary refunds will be given. If your order is incorrect or missing items, you have 48 hours after shipment was received to contact Lighted Ambiance in order to receive a replacement product. The replacement product must be the exact same product that was missing from your order.
